Well, as promised the bull redfish have made their prescense is Pensacola Bay. The Inshore fishing charters in Navarre Beach have had pretty hot action with the bulls. We are catching these fish sight fishing for them in the
Bay. Best approach is to somewhat drift around and keep your eyes peeled for birds diving. Once we get there we cast into the school of feeding fish and its almost instant! With some spurts of waiting it is worth it when we get in to pure redfish CHAOS! We are using large curly tail with 1 and a half ounce heads or 1 to 2 ounce bucktail jigs. We should have pretty steady action from now till the end of the month. If you want to get on a true giant red fish now is the time!
